Earlier this year, we convened thought leaders like yourself to provide input on a draft roadmap for the actions New York can take to achieve sweeping and strategic environmental health and disease prevention policies. Clean and Healthy New York has drafted that roadmap based on your input and our research. We are hosting a statewide strategy session in the Capital District on Friday, November 9, 2018, at the offices of New York State United Teachers, 800 Troy Schenectady Rd, Latham, NY 12110.
Please attend this follow-up strategy session to collaboratively refine the draft document and chart a plan of action. We hope you'll agree that it's a very important conversation to resume! We are so inspired by the work that you all do, and by the possibilities that can be achieved through enhanced collaboration.
The draft roadmap will evaluate and assess New York's regulatory landscape, corporate policies, and other opportunities for action, and outline existing and potential allies, communication strategy, technical and scientific expertise, and other tools that will win the most significant environmental health improvements.
